Full Delivery Terms

1. We will process all orders within 1/2 working days. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods and your order cannot be delivered within 30 days, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect goods once they are on their way to you.

3. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

4. We will deliver the goods through DHL. The delivery times are only indicative. Whilst we use a reputable delivery company we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

5. International Delivery - if you order products from our site for delivery in a country outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

EcoBioLady is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods caused by any third party.


We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.

In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you inmediately. If you place multiple orders within a short period of time (generally 24 hours), your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order. If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to advise there is more than one parcel.

Wrong address / Corrections

We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

Shipment tracking

You will be able to click directly on the link of our carrier on the shipment confirmation email that you will receive from us. Note that the tracking link becomes available within 24 hours from the time the carrier collects your package.
